From concept to production, our Tooling department utilizes VISI-Design software, and Stampak simulation software to reduce costs and lead time. Accurate and well-maintained CNC machines provide consistent, reliable production. We support new production part launches, reverse engineering, and ongoing tool maintenance.

Machining

Custom Laser Cutting, Precision Forming and Welding
Fabrication work at Ultra Tool is tightly integrated with our in-house tooling and stamping departments. We apply the same thorough quality systems used in our stamping department to ensure your parts are made to print. Programming software utilizes AI to maximize laser nesting. Our 7,000-watt fiber laser, CNC press brakes, and Robotic Welders handle short runs, prototypes, and assemblies with ease and speed.
