Electronics	Dedicated personnel research and implement the latest in sensors and machine controls. This equipment gives press technicians the ability to provide your assembly line with defect-free shipments.

Automation	Automated equipment gives Ultra Tool the ability to perform difficult or time-consuming operations without the high cost of labor.

Metal stamping capabilities include:
Production runs from 10,000 to millions and solid-punch presses built by the Minster Machine Co.(the best available) from 45-400 tons. Progressive dies, staged dies and assembly tooling.

Other Features
Ultra also has the ability to install PEM nuts and studs, provide thread tapping, machining, welding and assemblies. Special packaging, EDI and barcode ready. All types of part finishing provided through local partners such as heat treat, painting, plating, etc.
