However, the positive news is that it confirmed the philosophies and business decisions that have been guiding Ultra Tool since 1969. We’re as solid and financially sound as we’ve ever been and our forward-thinking approach is providing opportunities to our company - and our customers, like never before. Forming Relationships That Work In an effort to promote the way we do business, we recently developed a new company slogan. The phrase, “Forming Relationships That Work” speaks to the way we form relationships with our customers based on a deep understanding of their needs, and help them find better solutions for all their sheet metal projects. It also means that our customers can rely on us to deliver what we promise.
