Ultra Tool & Manufacturing is celebrating the opening of its in-house "Training Center for Advanced Learning." The Training Center educates Ultra Tool employees with the most recent industry standards as well as ongoing training in safety, operations, advanced processes, metallurgy and other relevant topics. The Center is fully equipped with audiovisual equipment and classroom-style tables and chairs. Many of the classes allow for up to 25 people and have various instructors from both inside the company and outside institutions or associations. With this effort Ultra Tool is positioning itself and its employees
for future growth and performance. Debbie Hansen, Training Coordinator
directs the efforts for the Training Center. "All employees
at Ultra Tool will be regularly trained to further their expertise
and carry out innovative solutions for our customers. Ultimately,
